THE LAW:  Pizza shops must fully reimburse you for all costs of driving on the job if any unreimbursed costs cause your net wages to fall below the minimum (hourly wage paid – unreimbursed vehicle expenses = less than minimum wage).

Does your pizza shop pay you at least the full minimum wage of at least $7.25 per hour or higher, depending on the state where you work, for all time you work in the stop?

THE LAW:  Pizza shops must pay you at least the full minimum wage of between $7.25 and $9.47 per hour for all time you spend in the pizza shop, if you spend at least 20% of your shifts in the pizza shop.  

Does your pizza shop provide you at least the full tipped minimum wage for all time you spend making deliveries?

THE LAW:  In many states which permit tipped minimum wages, pizza shops must pay you at least the state tipped minimum wage of between $2.13 per hour and $7.75 for all time you spend delivering pizzas.
